July 28: The PDF below is nicely compatible (very readable) in Amazon Kindle DX...the size and formatting matches very well. Though it suffers from the deficiencies of Kindle's PDF navigation features.

Printed copies: Your local FedEx Office (formerly Kinko's) will be able to produce bound copies of the text for you using the combined PDF (above) in a two-sided 8x7.5 inch format. The cost will be anywhere from $8 to $20 per book (in grayscale) depending on the number of copies you print. They will need to adjust the margins on images in the Chapter heading pages, and perhaps the inside cover pages (inside cover, i, iii----move them about 3/4 inch to the right). Ask them to print the cover page on white card stock (in color), blue card stock at the back and also place transparent plastic cover sheets (front and back), bind them using 22mm black plastic coil.

Spanish Translation The textbook has also been translated into Spanish by a team working under Professor Javier Díaz at the Universidad Nacional De La Plata in Argentina. You can find the Spanish translation Here
